Prices are subject to change without notice. However we will update all prices as they change. We reserve the

right to substitute out-of-stock items with a similar product that is of equal quality and value. Please note that because crystals and minerals are naturally one-of-a-kind, each one is different, and may vary slightly from the picture in the catalog. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. Shipping and handling will be added to each order. We ship most orders USPS surface unless otherwise requested. There will be an additional shipping fee on Rush Orders to cover the additional USPS, UPS or Fed Ex charges. Contact us for shipping charges outside the continental US.

Special orders by customers require a prepaid deposit. This deposit may be made through PayPal on our website on our Special Orders page, or a check or money order may be mailed to our address on our Contact page. This deposit is nonrefundable after the order has been placed by us.

All damaged packages must be reported to the courier within 3 days. Missing orders must be reported to us

within 5 days. Please include a daytime phone number and email address with your order. We will confirm your

order and notify you of the shipping date by email.

Wholesale pricing is available to those with a legitimate business, state or federal tax numbers. Orders with a minimum of $200 and up to $499 will receive a 20% discount. Orders $500 or more receive a 40% discount.. .

Undamaged items may be returned within 7 days for a 100% refund of the purchased price, but not the cost of shipping. Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate your business.
